About NEO CHAIR Office High Back Mesh Headrest Adjustable Height
Overall Feedback:
68% positive
70% were satisfied with the armrest adjustability
The chair has two distinct modes for the armrests, adding to its versatility. When the armrests are up, I can sit more freely, cross my legs, or conveniently stow the chair under my desk when not in use. On the other hand, when the armrests are down, I can rest my arms on the soft, padded armrests, providing additional support and comfort during focused activities.
71% highlighted the assembly and maintenance, but 29% were dissatisfied
I contacted the seller about the defective metal part under the chair. They offered to send a replacement along with another gas tube, which I appreciated since it's difficult to remove the cylinders after assembly.
I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement part to fix the issue with the chair's assembly.
I faced an issue while securing the control mechanism as the bracket did not completely form with the chair and the screws were short, so it took some time to get the alignment correct.
Assembling this chair has been one of the most frustrating experiences for me. It is not intuitive and has some questionable design choices.
70% appreciated the breathability
I found that the chair has a breathable woven mesh back support that hugs the lower back and promotes an ergonomic upright posture.
74% liked the ergonomic design, but 26% raised issues
I can sit comfortably for 6-8 hours a day on this chair with its decent ergonomic design.
The chair's back support is made of breathable woven mesh, which hugs the lower back and promotes an ergonomic upright posture.
I described the chair as 'ergonomic' in one word.
I like the chair because it has lumbar and neck support. Even though I have chronic neck and back pain when I sit for too long, I don't feel any pain with this chair.
I have a back problem and always need a chair that fits right onto my body.
I find the lumbar support to have limited adjustability with only vertical adjustment.
70% liked the recline functionality, but 30% didn't
I just realized that the chair reclines after using it for 2 weeks. I won't be like him, so I found this out through my own experience.
When I stretch or recline, the added headrest is nice.
I can rest my arms on the soft, padded armrests of the chair and enjoy additional support and comfort during focused activities with the recline functionality when the armrests are down.
The back and head rest are firm and it's not hard to recline, but there are limitations.

I have experienced the chair's turn knob for adjusting the back support, which is easy to turn and provides good support without pushing against my spine, even at the lowest setting. This indicates my experience with the chair's recline functionality.
