About NEO CHAIR High Back Mesh Chair Adjustable Height and Ergonomic Design
Overall Feedback:
69% positive
73% were satisfied with the armrest adjustability, but 27% weren't
The armrests are non-adjustable and too low.
I am dissatisfied with the chair's armrests as they are low, not adjustable, and can only be folded up but not raised.
73% highlighted the assembly and maintenance, but 27% were dissatisfied
I find assembling chairs for my new office frustrating as it usually requires balancing something on something else just to get the screw holes to line up. However, this chair was different and easy to assemble.
I faced a problem while assembling the chair. I removed what I thought was a cap on the height adjustment, but it turned out to be a necessary component to make the chair work.
69% appreciated the breathability
The chair is a worthwhile investment for anyone seeking a reliable and comfortable seating solution with its sleek design, adjustable features, and excellent build quality.
I can work comfortably for extended periods without feeling fatigued due to the ergonomic design of the chair.
77% liked the ergonomic design
The NEO CHAIR High Back Mesh Chair excels in comfort, ergonomics, and durability as a top-notch office chair.
72% liked the recline functionality, but 28% didn't
I was not aware that the chair does not have recline functionality.
The chair has two distinct modes for the armrests, adding to its versatility. When the armrests are up, I can sit more freely, cross my legs, or conveniently stow the chair under my desk when not in use. On the other hand, when the armrests are down, I can rest my arms on the soft, padded armrests, providing additional support and comfort during focused activities.
I read some lower rated reviews and found that a major complaint is that this chair does not recline. After assembling the chair, I tried to recline but couldn't. Then I found out that all I had to do was pull the adjustment handle out to unlock the chair.
