About AODSK Weighted Piano 88-Key Beginner Digital Piano
Overall Feedback:
99% positive
97% praised the sleek and compact design
The foot pedal feels better than the plastic ones out there.
The piano has perfect key weight and beautiful sound, making it excellent. It surpasses my Yamaha keyboard, based on my experience.
The build quality of my keyboard is good. The keys don't feel cheap and the body mixes between thin and hardened plastic. The stand is made of wood and is fairly easy to put together.
99% appreciated the key action
I was impressed with the touch-sensitive action of the weighted keys. It's just like an acoustic piano - the harder I press the keys, the louder the notes.
I was impressed with the fully weighted hammer-action keys of the digital piano. The feeling of the keys is top notch.
The keys feel just like a piano's keys with good key action.
I wanted weighted keys and my son was very pleased with the product.
The keys need to feel heavy for a full blown traditional piano experience, based on my experience of playing regular heavy duty piano.
The keys of this full size piano have a positive heaviness to them. I have compared it to a regular heavy duty piano, indicating that my experience is based on personal observation.
99% praised the sound quality, while 1% desired more
I find the piano easy to use with weighted keys, damper pedal and various sound variations.
The sound quality is good and it comes with headphones.
I was not expecting the sound quality to be mediocre. I compared it with my previous keyboard and also with the Yamaha keyboard I use in my class. It has a very definite digital-sounding feel to it. I got used to it after using it for a bit, but I would not put the sound high on my list.
96% appreciated the connectivity options
The keyboard build is good and the stand, made of wood, is fairly easy to assemble.
I found that the piano has an app with free classes, which is a nice addition for beginners.
