There is no difference between this and any other filter I have bought for my air filter tower, except that this has a stronger plastic frame around the filter that is more sturdy than the others.
The filter I received has foam liners on the top and bottom of the plastic panel, preventing it from snapping in place and stopping the purifier from turning on.
The filters didn't fit properly, even though I had the correct model number.
These filters are not compatible with Germguardian HEPA Filters.

The replacement filters install and remove exactly the same as the official filters, with the only difference being the price.
