This heatsink is easy to install with the scissors provided and looks cool. It fits perfectly on the SSD and is aesthetically pleasing.
The aesthetics of the heatsink are not the most attractive thing I have ever seen, but it's not a problem since I rarely sit and stare at the bottom of my laptop with the cover off.
The thermal pads are of very poor quality.

The product was shipped fast, packaged well and came with quality parts.
The heatsink is made of copper which conducts heat very well and has nano thermal pads that stick like glue.
After installing the heatsink, I experienced a significant difference and was able to prevent thermal throttling.
The thermal pads act as insulators and are of very poor quality.

I have observed a significant improvement in the cooling performance of the heatsinks. Before using them, my drives would run at 40-50c at idle. Now, they are running between 25-40c.
The product significantly improved the cooling performance by dropping idle temps nearly 20c and load temps by 10-15c.
Without the spreader, my new drive was hitting 85C with any file-intensive processes. However, now it is consistently staying below 65C.
When I use the drive, the idle temperature is lower by 10 degrees Celsius and a bit more.
The thermal pads are of very low quality and act as insulators. I tried both 1/2mm and 1mm pads and both caused my Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1tb (PCI-E 3.0) to have an idle temperature of 55 degrees Celsius and a full load temperature of 67 degrees Celsius.
