About VEVOR Heat Press Machine 15 x 15 Inch 8 in 1 Heat Press 800W Sublimation Machine
Overall Feedback:
68% positive
76% found it easy to use, but 24% found it challenging
If you're just starting out, get a heat press instead of an easy press for better control over heat and pressure. The cost difference isn't significant.
It was easy to pull away the sheet of paper with little effort.
Despite having a lot of attachments, it was not easy to use.
The only issue I faced was the lack of instructions.
64% appreciated the overheat protection, but 36% didn't
The machine stays at 70, indicating that it is not overheating.
While doing a t-shirt, the heat press temperature does not pass 210.
72% liked the portability, however, 28% didn't
I have complained that the power port for disconnecting and reconnecting attachments is loose and spins freely, which could cause the wires inside the housing to tear free.
69% highlighed the print quality, but 31% were dissatisfied
I wasted money on 5 sublimated plates but did not get the quality I was expecting.
When I increase the pressure, the post that the heated press pivots on flexes and the base plate flexes.
67% were satisfied with the temperature control, but 33% weren't
My machine's temperature control is not going higher than 210 degrees.
I have complained that the heat press machine does not hold the temperature as set. For instance, when set at 385 x 60 seconds, the temperature drops within 10 seconds after pressing and gradually comes back up.
The temperature control bounces back and forth, making it inaccurate. For instance, when I set it at 360, it bounces back to 359 or 365.
74% liked the versatility, while 26% didn't
I found that the press worked well on all materials, including fabric, wood, and steel tumblers.
I have enjoyed using the heat press, but the temperature setting bounces back and forth.
I found the machine too small for heat pressing large windbreakers.
If you're just starting out, get a heat press instead of an easy press for better control over heat and pressure. The cost difference isn't significant.
The machine is not versatile enough to be used as a mug press for 11 or 15 ounce tumblers. The mugs won't fit in the tumbler press and if I push hard enough to get the mug in the press, then I am not able to adjust the pressure.
