The adapters have good quality with gold plating and a nice finish.
The headphones are solidly constructed and the copper seems to clean up some mush in the lower ends.
I have personally used the adapters and they work great, connecting without any problem. I no longer have to jiggle the adapter in the headphone socket. The build quality of the headphone-adapters is impressive and I highly recommend them.

If I half-way plug the phones in to the adapter, they sound right but the plug won't stay.
