Installing bulbs in most vehicles is easy depending on the make and model. However, some vehicles require removing the light fixture to access the bulbs.

I was informed by the customer service representative that the bright white bulbs have poor heat dissipation and do not last long.

The bulbs are rated for 300 hours and the average driver uses the low beams about 100 hours a year. By that logic, I would expect about 3 years of life. But in my case, they didn't even make it 2 years, not even considering that the car sat for most of 2020.
