I found the installation of the headlight-bulbs to be difficult despite watching YouTube videos. I had trouble removing the dust cap, unscrewing the lamp, unplugging the HID bulb, and dealing with the short cable for the connector. I had to do a lot of the installation by feel.
The description claimed it was plug and play and no adapter was required, but it was not accurate.

The bulbs fit my 2020 Durango R/T projector headlamps correctly with no canbus errors.
The issue is not with the bulb but with the housing design in the Taurus and the extremely limited access.
I find that the bulbs are not compatible with the original equipment and their customer service is difficult to deal with.
