It took 48 hours for the product to dry completely.
I allowed the tile to dry for a week after applying the product, although I'm not sure if it was necessary. The tile is porous and I wasn't taking any more chances.

I found it very easy to apply the sealer by pouring it on and wiping it throughout the sink. Excess was easily wiped off.
I found the sealer and enhancer easy to use. I used a paint brush and dabbed up excess with paper towels, changing often.
