It works better than thin self-adhesive feet, especially when there is very little surface area for them.
I used the product on rigid foam board in a very wet environment (90-100% humidity but NOT immersed) and noticed that it does not make a permanent watertight seal. It bubbles a little after a few weeks and peels off anywhere it gets dinged.

I have used the product in various places around the house for different purposes like fixing a roof leak, rain gutter repair, sealing cracks on my concrete porch and driveway, and sealing around the balcony doors.
The sealant is clear, smooth, rubbery, flexible, and easy to roll up the door.
The seal is flexible when dry, but it rubs off easily under friction, causing the waterproof seal to break.

The product solved the issue of leakage in the cabinet, which was nearly ruined.
I had a leak coming in every time hard wind driven rain occurred. I used the product and it stuck to bricks very well and dried clear. I also did back block cement wall in basement and now there is no more wet moisture. I am satisfied with the product and it is worth every dollar and the best product on the market right now.
I believe the product is worth the peace of mind that comes with knowing cabinets won't be ruined by moisture.
The product is moisture resistant and has helped me prevent leaks in my house. I've used it on bricks and it stuck well, drying clear. It also worked on the cement wall in my basement, eliminating wet moisture.

I put the hardware-sealer on the back of the rugs and let it dry for 2 days. It worked great.
It took over 48 hours for the first coat to dry and the next coat, which was lighter, took a little over 24 hours.
It took a couple of days for the product to completely dry.
I left both products to dry for almost 3 weeks before refilling the hot tub.

I have requested the manufacturer to consult with their chemists for good thinning solvents/agents recommendations.
