This sealant is moisture resistant and has better performance than water based sealants. It puts out fumes like an oil based paint, so good ventilation and a respirator is required to apply it. I did two applications and now water beads up and rolls off all surfaces like it's scared! Even the next day, the water based sealants didn't do that. I hope this lasts several years. So far, so good!

I expected to re-apply the sealant annually if I was buying it, but the statement of 20 years is not truthful.
The sealant needs a touch up already, just a couple of months after using it. This indicates that the shelf life of the product may be an issue.
I suspect that the product may have been old stock or underfilled at the factory, resulting in the underfilled product.
