I have been using the Navigator vacuum for a long time, cleaning it after each use and replacing the filter and prefilter when needed. It still works like brand new.
I checked all filters and found that the foam one had a lot of dust in it. It was fairly easy to clean, rinse off and dry.
81% liked the battery life; however, 19% were disappointed
Both the handheld and upright vacuum worked for less than a year and now they shut off after running for a very short time.
