The battery life of my vacuum quickly declined within a few months of using it and eventually it wouldn't charge at all. Additionally, I received 2 vacuums that were duds.
The battery life of this handheld-vacuum is not satisfactory. I find myself charging it again after using it for about 15 minutes.
71% were satisfied with the attachments and accessories, yet 29% weren't
I find the roundness of this handheld-vacuum to be the most annoying feature. It rolls off of everything unless you use the provided cap for storage. Unfortunately, I lost that cap on day two and now have a vacuum that falls off of everything.
I find the brush attachment a little finicky as it often clicks back down while using it.
