After several weeks of use, the noise level of my handheld vacuum became extremely loud, to the point where I could not use it again.

I am not satisfied with the filtration system of the handheld-vacuum. The blue-purple plastic basket of the filter is useless and when I open up the back, all the dust along with the filter falls into the trash.

After vacuuming the whole staircase, I noticed that the battery charge was 2/3 used and I could only do one couch before having to charge it again.
