I am dissatisfied with the noise level of the handheld-vacuum. It is very loud and even gets louder before turning off. It has an annoying feature of toggling through the power suction feature to turn it off, even if you don't need the extra power. My guests even heard the vacuum and thought it was possessed.
After one year of use, my vacuum has become really loud and vibrating and sounds like the motor is going to die.

The battery life of this handheld vacuum is very poor. Even on low suction, it lasts for only 10 minutes, which is not enough to pick up anything. On max suction, it lasts only a few minutes.
I find the handheld-vacuum effective and convenient, but disappointed with the unexpectedly short battery life. The 12V model drains from 3 bars to 1 after just a few minutes of use.
