After figuring out how to move the extension arm connector, the installation process was fairly easy.
I had difficulty with the washer instructions and had to put a washer and screw it tight to avoid leaking.
75% were impressed by the leak-proof performance, while 25% weren't
I used the Teflon tape provided and did not experience any leaking issues with the showerhead.
I suggest putting a washer each time and screwing it tight to avoid leakage.
I noticed that the washer inside the pipe connection needs to be more rigid as it kept going up and wouldn't seal properly.
The showerhead leaked badly near the connection to the main pipe because the fitting was stripped and wouldn't tighten.
