To get good water pressure, I need to remove the water inhibitor inside the base of the handle.
I had to remove one star because of the significant reduction in water pressure after installing it.
If the flow restrictor is not removed, the water pressure is very weak.
Due to the showerhead's mechanism, I had to take a 30-minute shower instead of a 5-minute shower, defeating the idea of water conservation.

I find the swivel tab on the head faster to get to the jet/spray pattern that I want, as I am not used to the push button.
I prefer the shower to point more down rather than at an angle, and I achieved it with an extension arm.
I was concerned about the spray direction being too far out towards the opposite end of the shower and not adjusting to my shorter stature. However, I found that there is a wide swivel range where the head connects to the pipe, and I can adjust the water pressure with the handle to spray just where I want it.
The neck attachment can be adjusted on both sides to change the direction and position of the shower head.
80% enjoyed the easy-to-hold design, while 20% faced difficulties
I find the head easy to handle and dock, but it might be difficult for little kids.
The shower head has softer settings and multiple harder pressure settings that give a massage feeling on the scalp and/or shoulders, although it is a little heavier than others. I still recommend it.
I have no trouble getting into handheld mode and don't worry about loosening connections with the shower head's design.
It is difficult to hold the showerhead while showering because the handle gets slippery.

I found that the installation process took some time, but it was worth it. It's the best home improvement yet.
The installation process was very easy. I only needed pliers to remove the old one and one of the three rubber washers was already in place.
Using plumber's tape can make the installation process of handheld-showerheads quick and easy, taking only five minutes.
I observed that the installation process was completed by the maintenance guy in 10 minutes without any tools.

There is a little bit of dripping, but there is no fresh plumbers tape on the threads or anything.
I will try to fix the leak with pipe tape as most reviewers have stated.
