I removed the water diffuser and found the water pressure to be excellent.
To get more pressure, it's best to keep the showerhead running on only one of them.
The handheld showerheads have 5 adjustable water pressure settings.
The water pressure is sufficient for bathing and washing, but not for working out shoulder knots.

The handheld showerhead has different spray functions including 2 standard spray functions, focused center spray high pressure, and mist function, all of which are great.
The spray patterns are not very good. It sprays around the edges but not the center unless you select the full on center pattern, which feels like taking a shower from a water hose.
The holder does not grip well enough, causing the water to spray towards me instead of away.

The plastic is easier to maneuver and lighter.
It is difficult to hold the shower head in place and change the setting because it requires two hands.
The handheld showerhead slides around easily, which is not always good.

The installation process was easy and took under 15 minutes. Everything we needed was included except for the wrench.
The installation process was very easy and took around 7 minutes. I also spent some time removing the little stopper inside the divider to create greater water pressure.
I installed it in about 20 minutes after removing the old one.
Installing it was a breeze and took less than 10 minutes. No tools were required, but removing the old shower head may need a wrench.

The handheld showerhead leaks from the diverter, levers, and main head.
If the rubber gasket is too tight, it can cause a bad seal which may induce leaking and also risk cracking the unit.
