When I set one head or the other, the water pressure is amazing. It's still pretty good with both on at the same time.
I removed the water pressure limiter from my shower head and now I have amazing water pressure.
I can run the rain head and hand held at the same time with great water pressure.
On high pressure modes, the water pressure was not what I expected. However, all functions worked perfectly and having both heads on together or one hit on at a time was perfect.

When I switch the shower head to OFF spray setting, it leaks water. It is possible that the shower head is defective and I might have to get a replacement if it starts to leak further.

If fittings are hand tightened, they will leak. Using a wrench to tighten them will scratch and crack the surface. There is no sweet spot for tightening, as both under and over tightening will result in leaks.
I have noticed that the joint where the feed pipe connects to the unit leaks excessively.
I faced leakage issues with the showerhead after the first install. I had to change the washers and tighten it until I felt like I was going to break the fitting. Finally, I got it to stop leaking. It was easy to install except for stopping the leaks. Overall, I give it a rating of 4.
