Installing the handheld-showerhead was simple and easy, taking me only two minutes, much less than expected.
The installation process was simple and accurate. It took only 11 minutes to install, which was less than the time taken to uninstall the previous shower head. Additionally, there was no leakage.

The showerhead can be set to run like rain shower heads or to a single stream that is great for massaging my back.
The water pressure is excellent and it's a necessary upgrade from the old shower head.
In the course of 2 months, the water pressure decreased significantly.
I initially liked the shower head but faced the problem of very little water pressure. I tried to fix it by replacing the filter but it didn't work. Eventually, I had to replace the shower head altogether due to the low water pressure.

I have noticed that the hose is leaking no matter where I put tape on. It flooded my bathroom while testing it out.
After using it for 4 days, I noticed water leakage from the seals.
The handheld showerhead worked fine for 2 months but then started leaking around the front face.
