I am uncertain about the accuracy of stress and sleep quality features. According to Garmin, I am the most stressed person ever, even when sleeping, resulting in poor sleep quality.
The handheld GPS unit is consistently and ridiculously inaccurate. During multiple one mile walking tests, my vivosmart recorded over 20 miles and max speeds were recorded as if I was a cheetah.
