The watch has accurate heart BPM readings and a great app to keep track of it all.
I was disappointed with my Garmin unit, especially the swimming sensor which lacked accuracy. It did not measure intervals correctly and stopped counting at certain distances. Sometimes, the HRM did not function, and the solar charge seemed like a marketing ploy.
