I am disappointed with the accuracy of the directions. It failed to provide directions at a major intersection and missed some roads entirely. I have tested it on routes I know.
I am not sure where Garmin gets their map data from, but the map data for my area is not accurate.
I have found the maps to be 98% accurate, but have faced issues with dead ends and one-way streets in some places, particularly in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

After 1-2 recharges, my unit's battery life was not more than 15 minutes, so I returned it as defective.
I found that the battery took a long time to charge and didn't last very long.
I get only 15 minutes or so from the battery life, it's very poor.
I have only used the Garmin once in the last 3 years because the battery has been dead every time I needed it.

The screen on my device is really nice, but unfortunately, it isn't utilized well.
We need to add a sun shield or something in the back of the device as it tends to overheat when it is 90 plus out.

I am a long time TomTom user and find the user interface of this Garmin totally different. However, I love how fast it pairs with satellite and finds a route compared to TomTom.
I am dissatisfied with the GPS unit's user interface. The keyboard rarely enters the character I hit on the screen, making it the worst I have ever used.
I am not pleased with the interface and size of the product and will update my review after using it.
The user interface seems pretty good, but I was disappointed with the voice command feature as it never seemed to understand what I was saying.
