I am disappointed with the accuracy of the directions provided by the GPS unit. It has missed some roads entirely and failed to give directions at a major intersection.
In my experience, the maps are 98% accurate, but there are many dead ends and one-way streets that the GPS does not recognize. This has been an issue for me in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
On the map, the road curves are underrepresented.
The software's accuracy is weak and it has put me onto wrong or longer routes. It can also be inaccurate in guiding me to a specific spot even with updates.

I get only 15 minutes of usage at the most due to poor battery life.
The battery life is not good and it doesn't last long at all.
The battery life is poor and drains too fast, and the unit feels like it's running on a near-expired battery despite the $200 premium price tag.
