About Garmin DriveSmart 55 and Traffic, GPS Navigator, 5.5 Display
69% praised for its pinpoint accuracy, but 31% experienced occasional errors
I am disappointed with the accuracy of the directions.
In my area, the map data provided by Garmin is not accurate.
In my experience, the maps are 98% accurate, but there are many dead ends and one-way streets that this GPS does not recognize in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
The GPS software is not accurate and has put me onto wrong or longer routes, even with updates. It can also be inaccurate in guiding me to a specific spot.

I get only 15 minutes of usage at best due to poor battery life.
I have noticed that the battery takes a long time to charge, depletes quickly, and now it won't charge at all.
I have only used the Garmin once in 3 years because the battery has been dead every time I needed it.

64% appreciated the ample storage capacity, but 36% found it limited
The GPS has enough memory to traverse the entire USA many times over.
To download the maps of GB and Europe, I would need to erase the internal memory of my Drive 52 to make room for the download.
68% found the interface intuitive and easy to use, but 32% found it confusing
The device is easy to use with a large screen and voice recognition.
I used the voice recognition feature but I am not familiar with the term 'user interface'.
I am dissatisfied with the interface and size of the product.
I have complained about the poor user interface of the GPS device, particularly the keyboard that rarely enters the character I hit on the screen.
