My favorite everyday carry item is the MacroStream because of its slim size compared to typical CR123 powered handhelds.

I have found that these lights are very tough and can withstand direct hits to the concrete. Even after being dropped many times, they still shine bright, unlike other lights I have used that usually don't pass the drop test.
The button has a long travel to fully depress, which may be difficult for people with arthritis or weak finger strength. However, I think it will be okay for the average person.
