I have experienced issues with the halogen bulbs as they are not durable and have caused problems with the fixtures. The first bulb shorted out the entire fixture and the second bulb did not work until it was removed. I am afraid of shorting out the second fixture and did not try any more bulbs. Something seems to be wrong with the bulbs.
