I followed the instructions and used a Clarifying Shampoo by Keratin Research, then applied the Matrix brass off for 10 minutes, conditioned with olaplex, rinsed, and got the desired results. I shared my experience with everyone.
I have found the best way to apply the toning mask is by spraying my hair down with a spray bottle and combing through it so it is just damp, then coating it with the toning mask and leaving it on for 1-2 hours.
I use gloves to apply the mask to my damp hair and cover it with a cap for 20-30 minutes. It's easy to apply.
