I have super fine hair that has been thinning as I age. No amount of hair spray or hot tool could force it to hold a curl for more than 20 minutes. But after using this shampoo, I go to bed with wet hair and wake up with soft natural waves/curls that stay all day. Prolonged use has left my hair feeling stronger but never heavy.
