About Pinty Red Dot Sight with Integrated Red Laser Sight
Overall Feedback:
79% positive
80% liked the mounting compatibility, but 20% didn't
Anything closer than 25 yards will be slightly off to the right since it mounts to the right side of the sight.
94% liked the magnification range, but 6% didn't
It would be better if the laser was centered under the red dot instead of being way off on the right side.
91% highlighted the field of view, however, 9% were disappointed
I love that the sight allows maintaining a sight profile with both eyes open by applying a target of choice in the field of view, allowing for unrivaled target acquisition.
After zeroing it in at 25 yard, anything closer will be off slightly to the right since it mounts to the right side of the sight.
The gun-sight has multiple reticles instead of one sharp image. Cycling through the different options of the laser/image creates a problem with bright lime green color and smudged repeating image that's glared, making my eyes want to look away because it's like a laser in my eye.
66% were satisfied with the battery life, but 34% weren't
The battery compartment kills batteries overnight and it's worthless if you expect to take it out, turn it on, and fire.
86% appreciated the adjustment mechanism, while 14% disagreed
After zeroing it in at 25 yards, anything closer will be slightly off to the right since I mount it on the right side of the sight.
I experienced continuity issues with the dial randomly switching the lasers on and off. The adjustment mechanism of gun-sights also had issues.
I noticed that the targeting images of the reflex sight do not move when adjusted, indicating an issue with the adjustment mechanism of my gun-sights.
I cannot turn the switch and intensity control knob with my fingers.
I am using the CVLIFE 1X22X33 Reflex Sight on a 10/22 Weaver rail mount. To mount it, there are two alen screws that require an allen wrench (included) and these cannot be done without it. It seems to hold steady once mounted, based on my experience.
