I bought a gun sight for my xdm 3.8 compact elite 10mm, but the Springfield proprietary plates and recoil lugs make the delta point too high on the slide and I couldn't adjust it vertically enough.

The sight has a larger window which makes dot acquisition easier than some other popular sights.
The chevron appears blurry and canted with some funky ghost imaging where three chevrons are laying on top of each other, each with the last two tilted to the right so that the last chevrons apex is approximately 45* to the right.

The battery life of this gun-sight is very low compared to the competition. It lasts only a month or two if I am a regular user going to competitions or the range often.

I was unable to adjust the delta point to the required height. Leupold informed me that it is a common issue on the xdm.
I faced difficulty in lowering the reticle height to match the POI and had to get a shim from UM Tactical for zeroing the reticle with room for adjustment on either side.
