The tension adjustment on my belt clip is unreliable and it can come loose after few hours of wear. It compromised the secure fit onto my belt and I had an accident where the holster rode up on me while sitting down and when I got up to stand up the entire holster (with my G43x) popped out and clattered unto the floor.
