I am satisfied with the product as it works great and finally helped me tighten down those nuts I was having trouble with.
Upon first use, the wrench part of my tool started to wear off while I was attempting to remove the output jack on my guitar. The plastic from the tool was flaking off, without even budging on my guitars hardware at all.
