75% liked the variety of compatible accessories, while 25% found limited options
I put anti-sieze on all of the threads including the main tube before putting it together. Some reviews said it leaked, but maybe the anti-sieze helped seal it up better.
I broke off the zerk on my brand new Zero-Turn mower because the grease attachment did not release.
77% appreciated the easy cleaning process, but 23% found it tedious
I experienced a problem with the grease gun where the grease filled the base outside of the tube and caused the plunger to let loose, shooting grease all over the ceiling.
I disassembled the grease-gun to clean it out but still need to figure out how to clean out the chamber properly.
75% found it comfortable to hold and use, while 25% experienced fatigue

I am returning the product as it is not durable and doesn't work more than once.
I faced a major problem trying to remove the coupler from the zerk. I tried every tool I had but nothing worked. Rephrased: I couldn't remove the coupler from the zerk despite trying all my tools.
I have experienced issues with the durability of the grease gun. The spring and plunger got stuck on the fitting of the lower A arm and the teeth fell out of one of the couplers on the first use. Additionally, the plunger failed to squeeze grease into the hose and advance into the tube to push the grease into the hose. The entire system self-destructed after just 20 minutes of use.

80% found it easy to reload and operate, while 20% had difficulties
I found the product difficult to use, especially the jaw coupler from the grease fitting. I had to unscrew it all the way out to release it and even after multiple attempts, I had to unscrew the nozzle every time. It's important to note that the grease fittings can be damaged if not careful.
I tried using the grease-gun with bulk-filled but it did not work out very well. I saw the plunger going in as I used it, but it wasnt until I got near the end of using it that I realized grease was not coming out the desired end.... instead it was backfilling behind the plunger.
I had a hard time putting the coupler onto the zerk and then when I tried to take it off, it was a major problem and I could not remove it with any tool.
I had to figure out how to use the grease gun on my own as the instructions were not good. I suggest that the instructions should include steps like removing foil, bleeding air out, and showing which end of the tube goes in the gun. Although I had used grease guns in the past, I had never loaded them. I had to watch a video after the fact to learn how to use it. Despite the lack of good instructions, I was able to use it and it works fine. Thus, my sentiment is negative due to the poor instructions.
