I found it easy to use the genetic test by spitting into a tube, shaking it with the included mix, and dropping it in the prepaid box to mail.
The genetic test is super easy to use. You just need to spit into a vial and drop it in the mail.
I found the genetic test easy to use with clear instructions. I was able to contact ancestry right after activating and setting up my online account and asked them to pause my membership until my results come back. When my results are done, I can contact them through phone or chat and let them know that I purchased the kit with the 3 month membership online but paused it so I can use it when I get the results.
I couldn't activate the kit and the company wasn't helpful.
