I have noticed that the pen is waterproof as the ink disappears immediately when the marks come in contact with an iron.
The pens are not waterproof and if left in the heat, the color fades and it is difficult to bring it back. I had to put it in the freezer to try to bring the color back. It helped a little but I think it will need to be a lot colder to bring the color back to its original state.

The pens smudge if touched immediately after writing, but they dry quickly, so there is no ink transfer from one page to the next, even when closing the notebook quickly after writing.

After using the pens for a longer time, I noticed they erase more cleanly than they first appeared. It depends on paper, time of drying, and pressure applied. I'm happy to find them working better at least.
I usually try to erase immediately as I identify the error while writing, even though the ink takes a second or so to dry.

I received a navy blue color from Amazon that is not the same as the blue color in the 3 pack multi color/pack.
