I have no problems using the pen in lectures as it has a good grip and glides on the paper easily.
The grip on these pens is perfect for me, better than the curved Pilot G2 grips. It's straight and slightly ridged for better grip, which is very comfortable.
During long writing sessions, I find the pens comfortable to hold thanks to the textured grip.
