I have complained that the blocks are arriving with mold and a distinct odor. I believe this is due to the packaging process changing and the blocks being shipped in plastic bags without holes, preventing air circulation.

I used Coco Bliss to plant a new lawn after removing all the vines and weeds that had displaced the grass. I wanted a weed-free lawn without using any chemicals. The Coco Bliss provided enough protection to allow for a beautiful lawn to come in even though there were a few nights of unexpected frost within 2 weeks of planting the grass seed.
I was surprised to find full-grown weeds in the coco as I went down a few inches. It was unusable to mix with my other gardening soil as the weeds would push out flowers and vegetables.
