I was frustrated with the installation of this product, specifically the wall mounted plastic fixing that the drum slips onto, which was fixed with a star-shaped screw. I had to hold the whole unit on my own, mark the screw holes, and then affix the wall-mounted automatic reel and drum with bolts. The adjustable spanner did not have a firm grip due to the plastic moulding, and the job took almost twice as long as it should have. The factory should have provided a bit for undoing the star-shaped screw or not included it in the first place.
