About Winpull Garden Hose Holder Detachable Heavy Duty Metal Water Hose Hanger
Overall Feedback:
77% positive
74% appreciated the sleek and modern design
To ensure a heavy hose stays put, dig the hose holder into the ground. Once packed in, it stands firmly.
72% appreciated the ample hose storage
I can pack a heavy 100ft hose in the hose holder and it stands and stays put.
I have a sturdy reel that can hold my 75 ft hose well.
73% praised the organized hose storage
The product fits my 75 ft hose well and is sturdy. It looks better than hose boxes and cumbersome reels.
68% appreciated its leak-free design, though 32% experienced occasional leaks
If you install it in grass, coil the hose in tight loops to keep it off the ground and use a weed eater to mow around it.
73% found the materials to be high-quality and durable, though 27% experienced rusting
Once packed in, the product stands and stays put, but a hole must be dug to ensure it can hold a heavy (100ft) hose.
I am dissatisfied with the material quality of the product, specifically the thin steel and painted finish, which will likely have a short lifespan, even when brought in over the winter.
69% liked the versatility of mounting choices, but 31% found the wall-mounting kit flimsy
I was able to put together and set up the hose reel by the water source in just 5 minutes.
If we install the hose reel in the grass, we should coil the hose in tight loops to keep it off the ground and use a weed eater to mow around it.
I suggest buying a green metal pound-in fence post and installing the hose holder next to it and wiring them together to solve the problem of the hose holder not being stable without the hose on.
69% found it easy to move around the yard
To hold a heavy (100ft) hose, I have to dig a hole to make sure it seats well enough. Once packed in, it stands and stays put.
I prefer this type of solution over driving something into the side of the building/wall. It can be easily transported by pulling it up and rounding off the hose.
The threaded part of the two halves on the lower attached points of the uprights are all on the same side, creating an inherent imbalance and turning the screw point into more of a hinge than a supportive brace.
