About Pro-LifT C-9100 Black 40" Foldable Z Creeper
Overall Feedback:
98% positive
93% liked the adjustable height and position
The product is easy to assemble and adjust from sitting to laying positions. It can also handle large weight.
I feel comfortable sitting on the seat position and it works fine.
95% appreciated the solid build quality, though 5% experienced some wear and tear
The creeper has excellent wheels and a high weight capacity, and is of great quality.
I compared the new creeper with the old one and the new one makes the old one look like a cheap kids toy.
I like the build of the garage shop creepers but the caster wheels are of low quality.
93% found it easy to assemble and maintain
The product is great but we need new instructions and proper sized wrenches added to the assembly kit.
The assembly process was relatively easy. I had to unscrew the head rest part to put the wheels on the head piece.
Assembling was quick and easy, taking only 20 minutes, with all parts included in the box.
95% praised its ease of movement
The creeper is easy to move and maneuver, and provides a comfortable height while working under an automobile, which would normally require contorted back or squatting.
I am satisfied with the product's quality and mobility. It has smooth wheels/movement and ample cushioning.
Greasing the wheel bearings made a huge difference when rotating under the car to get a position.
95% liked the quiet and smooth operation, though 5% experienced some rattling and vibration
I did not find any information about the noise level and vibration of garage-shop-creepers in the review. Although, the user expressed dissatisfaction with the product, they did not mention anything about noise level and vibration.
95% praised for its stability and balance
I wanted a sturdy stool that would be solid when I moved around in any direction. This stool delivers on sturdiness.
96% liked the compact storage design
I mostly use the creeper in seat configuration and occasionally switch to creeper mode.
97% appreciated the high weight capacity, though 3% experienced issues with stability at lower weights
I mentioned that the creeper seat can hold up to 450 lbs, but I am not sure if it will be suitable for people who are much bigger than me, like 400 lbs and above. However, I am confident that it will have no problem holding 300 lbs or even 350 lbs.
Rephrased: The creeper seat can hold up to 450 lbs, but I am unsure if it's suitable for people much bigger than me. However, I'm confident it can hold 300-350 lbs.
I tested the weight capacity of the product by sitting on it and found that it could hold my weight of 300 lbs without any creaks or wobble in the construction or joints.
The weight capacity of the garage shop creepers is more than what I need as some guys on them were about 300-350lb not close to the limit.

I customized this creeper by stripping the cushion off and pop riveting some 20 gauge sheet metal to it to make an ultra low profile closet shuttle for my 8.5 quart ninja foodie. I am satisfied with the result.

The headrest is positioned perfectly for working under a vehicle.
