About DNA MOTORING 40" L X 19" W Vehicle Repair Low Profile Automotive Creeper
Overall Feedback:
81% positive
76% found it comfortable to use for extended periods, but 24% experienced discomfort in the leg area
I love the creeper as it is wide enough for my husband who is 370lbs and 6'4". After replacing the wheels, he is not afraid of breaking it.
The molding of my arm and shoulder area becomes extremely uncomfortable, so unbearable that I would rather lie flat on the ground than use the creeper.
78% appreciated the solid build quality, though 22% experienced some wear and tear
My husband mentioned that the creeper has been used multiple times since he got it and the casters are of good quality.
I loved the creeper but had to replace the wheels because my husband is heavy and broad. Once the wheels were replaced, he was not afraid of breaking it.
I tested the creeper and found it to be very low and able to support up to 230lbs of weight without failing.
I think the wheels should be thicker for long-lasting durability.
The plastic wrench supplied for assembling the creeper was ineffective as it rounded off and became useless.
79% praised its ease of movement, though 21% found it difficult to maneuver in tight spaces
The product is sturdy enough for me, even though I weigh 370lbs and am 6'4". I am no longer afraid of breaking it.
I can move around my warehouse floor easily and plan to use it to get under my truck for wiring work.
The wheels are not good on flat floors or commercial tiles. Thicker wheels would be better for long-lasting use. Overall, I rate it 4 stars but it could be 3.
I find it difficult to move or maneuver the chair as the pneumatic cylinder supporting the user/seat does not lock into the lower base and only gravity holds it in place.
I noticed that the product does not move well on the casters.
93% liked the quiet and smooth operation, though 7% experienced some rattling and vibration
I was able to move around the floor of my warehouse on it and I expect to use it to get under my truck to do some wiring work.
The casters on these creepers are not well.
76% praised for its stability and balance, while 24% experienced tipping issues
The wheels are thin and should be thicker for long-lasting. This makes it a 3-star product when moving around on flat floor or commercial tiles.
75% liked the compact storage design, but 25% found it heavy to carry
I did not mention anything about the storage and portability of the creeper. The review is about the hardware to put the creeper together.
I have complained about the poor packaging of the dolly. Three of the six casters were in a bag with the screws and the box was flimsy enough to get crushed during both shipments.
75% found it comfortable to use for extended periods
82% appreciated the solid build quality

I can adjust the head rest in increments with its ratcheting adjustment.
