I love the creeper as it is wide enough for my husband who is 370lbs and 6'4". After replacing the wheels, he is not afraid of breaking it.
The molding of my arm and shoulder area becomes extremely uncomfortable, so unbearable that I would rather lie flat on the ground than use the creeper.

I can move around my warehouse floor easily and plan to use it to get under my truck for wiring work.
The wheels are not good on flat floors or commercial tiles. Thicker wheels would be better for long-lasting use. Overall, I rate it 4 stars but it could be 3.
I find it difficult to move or maneuver the chair as the pneumatic cylinder supporting the user/seat does not lock into the lower base and only gravity holds it in place.

I have complained about the poor packaging of the dolly. Three of the six casters were in a bag with the screws and the box was flimsy enough to get crushed during both shipments.
