I have noticed that the wireless mouse needs to be charged almost every day, which defeats the purpose of it being wireless.

I wanted a mouse with macros and plenty of buttons for gaming and productive work in 3D modeling and drawing programs. I gave the Redragon M913 wireless mouse a shot.
The gaming-mouse is fully customizable, including the mouse buttons.
I can customize the DPI settings by presetting profiles using the software and change them using the top buttons below the scroll wheel.
My issues with the mouse are due to the side 12 buttons and its software, which is why I am returning it.

I have complained about the mouse's sensor accuracy. It stutters or stops for a crucial second, making it difficult to move the cursor quickly.

I am frustrated with the software required to use the buttons on my mouse. It is buggy and unintuitive, and sometimes deletes the entire mouse profile with all the buttons assigned. The macro software is also inferior to other companies and cannot assign Function13-24 to macros.
We sell different software for each mouse instead of a single one that can recognize and manage all of them.
