About Redragon M908 Impact RGB LED MMO Mouse with Side Buttons Optical Wired Gaming Mouse
71% appreciated the long battery life, though 29% experienced quick drain
I have noticed that the wireless mouse needs to be charged almost every day, which defeats the purpose of it being wireless.
74% liked the customizable buttons, but 26% found the software clunky
I wanted a mouse with macros and plenty of buttons for gaming and productive work in 3D modeling and drawing programs. I gave the Redragon M913 wireless mouse a shot.
The gaming-mouse is fully customizable, including the mouse buttons.
I can customize the DPI settings by presetting profiles using the software and change them using the top buttons below the scroll wheel.
My issues with the mouse are due to the side 12 buttons and its software, which is why I am returning it.
73% praised the durable cable
My favorite feature of the mouse is the cord, which is covered with a microfiber-like cloth rather than plastic.
73% appreciated the seamless dpi switching, though 27% found it slow
There are several setting profile storage spaces for me to set up the mouse for different game types, but I couldn't find any way for it to automatically switch profile per a game selection.
I could reprogram the DPI adjustment buttons, but it would result in losing functionality and the button placement makes it awkward to perform this task.
73% appreciated the comfortable grip, though 27% found it too small
The only drawback of the mouse is its uncomfortable ergonomic design.
73% liked the customizable led lighting, but 27% found it too bright
The addressable RGB on my mouse is done tastefully with several different illumination options for the logo, scroll wheel, and side buttons.
For me, the worst part of the mouse is the random ghost button press on the side buttons.
68% praised for its pinpoint accuracy, while 32% experienced jittery movement
I compared the DPI speeds of my other mouse and found that they are not accurate.
I have complained about the mouse's sensor accuracy. It stutters or stops for a crucial second, making it difficult to move the cursor quickly.
The laser sensor of my mouse is off center on the bottom, causing it to move a little weird.
On low DPI settings, the mouse is highly sensitive and jitters on the screen due to slightest shake or sound wave, making it feel inaccurate.
76% praised the intuitive software, while 24% found it buggy
The software is unsigned and may give a warning from Windows. It's unclear if it's safe to run.
I found the software to be not very intuitive, but I was able to figure it out with some effort.
I am frustrated with the software required to use the buttons on my mouse. It is buggy and unintuitive, and sometimes deletes the entire mouse profile with all the buttons assigned. The macro software is also inferior to other companies and cannot assign Function13-24 to macros.
We sell different software for each mouse instead of a single one that can recognize and manage all of them.
74% liked the balanced weight distribution
I have found that the included weights are great for customizing the weight of my mouse, indicating that the weight and balance of the gaming-mouse is good.
