About Redragon M602 RGB Wired Gaming Mouse
Overall Feedback:
93% positive
84% liked the customizable buttons
I have a gaming mouse with 7 programmable buttons that can be used to set up macros and shortcuts, enhancing my gaming experience. It's a nice feature to have, especially at this price point.
91% appreciated the comfortable grip
The ergonomic design of this mouse makes it comfortable to hold for extended gaming sessions. The textured side grips provide a secure and comfortable grip, and it fits well in my hand.
I decided to keep the mouse despite considering returning it because I found its aesthetics appealing.
92% liked the customizable led lighting, but 8% found it too bright
The build quality of the Redragon M602 feels plasticky and less durable compared to higher-end gaming mice, which may affect its longevity.
89% praised for its pinpoint accuracy, while 11% experienced jittery movement
I have noticed that the mouse uses an Avago sensor which is decent but not as precise as some of the sensors found in more expensive gaming mice. This can lead to issues with accuracy, especially in fast-paced games.
84% praised the intuitive software, while 16% found it buggy
I am frustrated with the software and driver support for the M602 White. There is no dedicated software and despite my efforts to navigate Redragons website, I came up empty-handed. The mouse shows up as a HID-Compliant Mouse in Windows 11 and is not recognized as anything more or less than a generic mouse.
The software is terrible and not user-friendly. It's a chore to find it on the website and requires admin access to work.
I faced several issues with the gaming mouse software. It was hard to find and clunky. Mapping buttons directly to thumb buttons in game settings was not possible, so I had to map it to keyboard keys and then map the mouse to keyboard. I had to restart multiple times to get the software to work.
92% liked the balanced weight distribution, but 8% found it too heavy
The Redragon M602 is on the heavier side, which may not be suitable for gamers who prefer lightweight mice for faster and more precise movements.
I have a gaming mouse with 7 programmable buttons that can be used to set up macros and shortcuts, enhancing my gaming experience. It's a nice feature to have, especially at this price point.
When programming, I have a small complaint about how the settings work. I have to record, stop, and apply each button, which took me a moment to figure out how to make it stick.
I have found that the battery life of this gaming mouse is really long and it lasts for a really long time in either wireless mode, bluetooth or 2.4g RF.
