I had a very negative experience trying to get the peripheral working with my computer. The software and drivers are of poor quality. Additionally, the mouse automatically installs its own drivers when plugged in, which are also of poor quality.
I tried to contact Razer support and received a generic questionnaire meant for headphones, not my mouse.
I am dissatisfied with the buggy software of my gaming mouse. It causes issues with my keyboard and makes it impossible to log in without physically disconnecting the unit.
When I use the dongle, some issues are lessened, but the software fails to load the profile and leaves a dialog behind all open windows asking what profile to use. Additionally, the device seems to brick until I run the update.
