About HyperX Pulsefire Haste Wireless Gaming Mouse
Overall Feedback:
82% positive
76% appreciated the long battery life, though 24% experienced quick drain
The downside of this wireless gaming mouse is that the battery life is unknown unless I have the application downloaded.
71% praised the durable cable, but 29% experienced signal loss
I was worried about the threading of the cord, but after using it, I realized that HyperX designed it that way for a reason. With my previous mouse, it was annoying because it used a standard USB cord, which made everything feel heavier when it shouldnt. But with the Pulsefire, the cord is so light, I now dont have issues with heaviness and the cord doesnt get stuck as Im dragging it. This is a positive feedback from me with respect to the cable quality of gaming-mice.
I previously had a wired version of the mouse and got frustrated with the wire.
68% appreciated the seamless dpi switching, though 32% found it slow
I have to manually set the DPI settings of my mouse multiple times a day as they change frequently.
I experienced a drop in dpi of 50% for 2 seconds every 5-15 minutes, making the mouse unusable in gaming.
77% appreciated the comfortable grip, though 23% found it too small
The cord of the Pulsefire is light and doesn't get stuck while dragging it, making it a brilliant and unexpected ergonomic design feature of the gaming-mouse.
The mouse shape suits my fingertip/claw hybrid style and feels comfortable and in control.
For gaming, the mouse ergonomics are acceptable but not for office work.
66% liked the customizable led lighting
Customizing the lighting and setting the DPI is very easy to use.
67% praised for its pinpoint accuracy, while 33% experienced jittery movement
For TFT and ARAMs, the accuracy is fine. However, I prefer the centralized sensor at the top as it feels weird to me.
The mouse has perfect weight, accuracy, buttons, and feet. However, the HyperX software is of poor quality and causes lag in every other app. Sometimes, I have to relaunch it several times for it to work.
I suspect that the mouse is not working on my PC due to the power saving sensor lacking.
69% praised the intuitive software, while 31% found it buggy
Once the software is installed, the mouse becomes problematic. The HyperX software lags and slows down other apps. Sometimes, the mouse is not detected and requires multiple relaunches.
NGENUITY software is one of the worst I have encountered on PC.
Support for the HyperX product is useless.
I noticed that the mouse failed to work correctly, which suggests that the software support for the gaming mouse is poor.
The gaming mouse's software support seems poor as it failed to work correctly.
The mouse has six preset DPI speeds, but I can individually adjust them to my preferred speeds.
