I found the seat height to be only 17 inches before sitting on it and considerably less when the cushion is compressed, which is why I gave it a four-star rating instead of five.

After an hour of use, I noticed that the chair's lower back support has little to no cushioning.

The material quality of the chair is very nice and supple, softer than a leather car seat. I appreciate the lumbar support, head cushion, storage pouch, and material in general.
I recommend getting a gel pad or a honeycomb pad for the seat of the gaming chair as the material does not breathe and makes my backside sweat really bad.
After two years of use, the back pad of my chair is ripping away and the cushion in the backrest has broken down, although the material quality was good initially.
