I am having trouble with the reclining function of the chair. The resistance knob that adjusts the tension when leaning back does not seem to work well. It does not seem to want to turn in either direction. I have tried adjusting while sitting on the chair or while holding the chair and sitting on floor next to it. I do not feel as confident leaning all the way back in this chair like I have in the past.
