The chair is not suitable for daily use if you like to rest your arms or elbows on the arm rests, as the padding is very thin.
The butt cushion of my chair is not good and it blew out after 3 weeks. I have to put a pillow down to sit.
I get poked by the bolt topping the gas strut and the bottom cushion is too thin.
The cushioning on my chair lost its resilience entirely within a couple of months.

I like how the lower back is a bit protruded as it offers some lumbar support.
I am having to buy a lumbar support pillow and seat cushion because the chair does not provide any lumbar support.

I can adjust the chair back and up/down with the knob on the bottom to find the perfect balance while leaning back.
The backrest can recline even after being locked, making it almost a perfect chair with a difference of 15 degrees.
I expected the chair to have a rocking/leaning back feature with an adjustment screw to control it. However, it is mostly locked in the upright position and occasionally releases with a loud POP, reclining for a few minutes to a few days. I also face the problem of falling over backwards if the adjustment screw is loosened too far.
I noticed that the chair only tilts when leaning back, despite being advertised as a reclining chair.
